Good morning! i am posting early cause i know what a letdown it is to visit a blog that has not been updated! So without further ado, we will FINALLY get to the goodies we received at the most recent rock club meeting swap!! YAYY!! :)

since i have NO IDEA as to what these rocks are (especially that triangular one!!) i move to suggest that we are NOT allowed to swap rocks we don't KNOW! lol oh ok, maybe no one will second that! lol just check out this chunky bolo!!

The BEST thing we got, was another rock that is drilled out for a candle!! i LOVE it!

i got to pick out my own little bunches for $3.00 each! so i picked Daisies...

And both of our sons (DH's son and my older son) who live far away, called me to wish me a WONDERFUL Mother's day and my son who lives with us, not only got me a CUTE card but also the movie Benjamin Buttons and i LOVED it!! if you get the chance to see it, i recommend it! it's a GREAT love story!! :)
And last, before i leave this morning to hop across Blogland and visit you, i have a LOVELY layout to share! :) i LOVE when i get to play!! hehe

I love that layout! I'm a sucker for little fences and sunflowers!

WOW, that candle-holder is amazing. Is that the kind of rock they call a geode? I have seen some that look similar (with the crystals in them) and they were labeled "geode." And they were EXPENSIVE!

Such pretty flowers! "Daisy, Daisy...give me your answer true..." Sing it with me!

Hi Shirley,

I'm SO GLAD you got spoiled for Mother's day. I just know you're a wonderful one.

LOL - well, honey, you're going to be disappointed at my blog of late cause its seeming harder to find time to update, but inspired by you today I'm going to make an effort, ok?

THANK YOU for including a pic of the poor old saguaro! I really wanted to see.

LOVE LOVE LOVE your amazing vista from your home. Do you get nice huge stary skyscapes at night?

Thank you for sharing, Shirley, love to come avisiting!

Love, Barb
