I love that latest layout. The "bling" at teh top looks like pretty silver raindrops coming down in the springtime!

HOW did you do this? How, how?? tell awww c'mon and tell I think its OH SO funny and wonderful.
I went and checked your other layouts and they are fabulous! absolutely wonderful! I'd never have thought to use the steering wheel as a photo frame, how CLEVER.
