Are you ready for a few bargains? there wasn't much this weekend, although there were ALOT of yard sale, EVERYWHERE but we didn't stop at any. my fault, it's because of my foot! it turns out that the foot is not swollen from a medication side effect, after all! i SOMEHOW injured it! and that makes more sense to me than it being swollen in such a confined area and it being a side effect! hehe well, if you remember last year when i injured my back... turned out to be that my back muscle would not relax and stayed in a contracted ball form and needed shots... well, then it was Coco jumping on my rib?! well, THAT is now in a ball shape and i feel it roll over the outside of my rib now but the dr. said that since it is progressively healing, we will let it run its course, but the foot he wanted to give a shot!! says i seem to have injured the muscle between two toes on the top of my foot! SIGH!!! so i am back to convalescing yet AGAIN! so we didn't do any yard sales this weekend and that was the deal so i could go swap meeting! hehe
And here's what we got! :D
First up was this perfume bottle for a dollar and the guy threw in the little diecast horse that i admired, for free!
this FUN wooden box, was two dollars.
i didn't realize how bad this photo was, sorry, but it's a black & white stone turtle, was two dollars!
This was in a pile of things that the vendor told me was her free stuff! :)
Three books for five dollars and we didn't even get these from our bookman!! :D
What i DID get from our book guy was these three little benches for a dollar!
this box of beads for a buck!
and this necklace for three dollars!!
and THEN i saw this book and was told to take it! :) FREE is ALWAYS welcomed! :D
then i saw these stone bookends for 8 dollars!
This WONDERFUL turkey bowl set was only 3 dollars!!
got this bag of goodies for just two bucks! it has AT LEAST 7 pair of earrings!
Then LAST we bought a couple of opals from Mexico from this one vendor, who we hope to see ALOT more! hehe :D

Oh no, it sounds like your foot and your rib are just taking forever to heal! I just hate getting shots -- you're very brave. Here's hoping you will heal quickly now.
You sure got a lot of cool stuff at the swapmeet! That box of beads -- the box ITSELF is worth $2, much less with beads in it too!
I LOVE those opals! Just gorgeous. I've always felt opals were one of the prettiest of minerals.

I tried to read all your posts and catch up. I am so sorry about your foot and ribs...those ribs are taking some time to heal...did the dr. ever say your rib was cracked...just curious
I already did my post for today but I will pray for you today and then add you to the prayer list for tomorrow.
I loved those pictures of the rock dig...I would have loved to been on that but I don't know if I could take the heat.
