WE HAVE A PLACE HERE IN OKLAHOMA CALLED THE SALT PLAINS, WHICH IS ABOUT AN HOUR OR MORE FROM HERE BUT THEY HAVE BIRD WATCHING TRIPS...NEVER GOT TO SEE A BLUE BIRD....I THOUGHT IT WAS ELUSIVE TO ME....

LOL - I did not know you were in A-Town. My sis lived there for 30 years. She finally discovered Utah - and that was that. I spent 7 years in Carlisle. Iloved that area.
Thanks for stopping by - ditto on how nice it is when people stop in to say hello. I will likely post new photos tomorrow. I'm heading back to the cabin. It took most of the day to get the edge off the cold in there yesterday. It had been 17 below zero on Monday - and I am thinking it put a pretty deep chill in the floors. I did get the main living area cleaned out. Today I will be rearranging the store room. It needs a good clear out every now and then. Hubby has a habit of going in and leaving things laying about... then can't find anything - go figure...

I need to finish my thank you's and emails.Oh..and eat breakfast.LOL Post a blog..clean up my house..finish the laundry..etc.Whew!I'm tired already.hehe
Oh..I found a couple of pretties at the thrift store the other day..I want to get them posted soon too.:)
