New kit
i do still have more pictures, if anyone is interested! we took over 150 on the digital alone lol
anyways, i hope you are enjoying your week! it's been over 100 degrees everyday this week! and we are S-L-O-W-L-Y filling the pool, since there is a water restriction during 7am and 5pm we can only use the water a few hours a night! lol it's getting there though, maybe by the weekend, we can get in!
Well, you all must know by now that i am a big fan of Kimb.designs and she has some more designer grab bags available and at a GREAT price too!!! and this time Kim seperated the overlays and elements so you can buy them seperately or together at an even better special price!!! But on Monday, the prices will change after the big reveal of all the goodies!!
i already made a kit called Summer Garden
it's a bit different but i like it and hope you do too!

i wanted to share this coyote picture too! we feed them nightly and one is getting very friendly with my DH so i was able to get a pretty good picture.

Arizona is a GORGEOUS state!!
i hope you are enjoying the weather where you are! We've been back since thursday and it's been awful HOT! But AZ was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and we saw so much! our trip was really an awesome trip back to the past!
I have been taking time to upload tons of pictures to photobucket so i can share the beauty and fun soon!
We saw the beauty of the Sedona Red Rocks and a California Condor that flew over!
Then to Montezuma's Castle, which DH really wanted to see and i knew nothing about but it was fascinating as well as beautiful!
spent the night in Flagstaff and the next morning we were off for Meteor crater, Petrified Forest/Painted Desert National park, then all the way up to the Four Corners! WOOHOO!!! lol and how different the desert is there in so many ways, like one area was Ponderosa Pines as far as one could see! Just beautiful huge evergreens! And the smell of fresh outdoors!! Grasslands, bushlands, the Seguaro cactus area, as far as one could see! it was all so absolutley BEAUTIFUL!! and before we left the state, we made it to the Grand Canyon!!! BREATHTAKING! and at 8000' it was still QUITE chilly at noon when we arrived.
oh we saw a roadside Dinosaur Tracks tour and it was soo neat seeing the different dino tracks and tail trails, petrified eggs and even petrified um, well, poop! lol
DH and i both LOVED our whole trip, even with the TONS of driving, to get from SW Arizona to the NE corner and back down again... LOTS of driving!! lol but it was all soo worth ALL we saw and did! Didn't spend all that much money either, which is ALWAYS nice to come home with money in your pocket! lol
Give me a bit more time to get my pictures all uploaded since i wrenched my back muscle and cannot sit at the computer for too long before it stiffens again. i got some done last night and thought i could share as i go lol bear with me, please! :D

Been tagged again!
lol i was soo surprised to see i was tagged again so soon lol Thank you Candee! I LOVE visiting your blog and have missed you!
so i took some time to think of 7 more facts that you might not know :) yea, it took some thinking this time! lol

WOOHOO!!! and i hope you have enjoyed this segment of tag, i sure did! :D
We recently found a couple of mermaids, at the swapmeet, for a dollar each and thought you might enjoy these little 'gems of the ocean' too.
well, before i go enjoy this BEAUTIFUL weather, i wanted to let you know that next week DH and i will finally be able to have a little vacation!! YAY!!! He's already off but DS had to work today and then he will have off for the week too!!! This is a first and actually was suppose to be a working time off, but with the cost of gas AND food, we decided it best to postpone our trip back east (get our stuff from storage) and (like i am sure to have mentioned before) just take a few trips closer to home on a tank or two of gas! lol if we would have gone back east, at an estimation of FOUR dollars a gallon, it would have cost us $1,000.00 in gas alone and i didn't even ask DH if that was one or both ways!!! lol so now this is a real first, since we have always had to use DH's time off to move or get moved, in 9 years! So our first stop is the FOUR CORNERS! i am such a kid about this and am so veryyy excited about going! but first we have to pick up our car rental on Monday!!! WOOHOO!! a car with a working RADIO!! LOL This will be a REAL TREAT!! we got extra camera batteries AND a disposable camera too! lol i know i will take a LOT of pictures and sure hope i have enough (funny how it use to be worrying about enough film, now its JUST the batteries lol)
oh well, enough of my ramblings. i hope you are enjoying this weekend and it is BEAUTIFUL where you live!! Thank you so much for visiting, now i am off to visit you!! :D see ya soon!

there has to be something better
well i finally got a chance to open that 'undeleted' file and it is about useless!
all the backgrounds and elements are named one thing but are another designer's stuff completely and the terms of use texts are so unreadably scrambled!
so if i am not completely familiar with a designers' creations, i will not be able to use any of my retrieved stuff, without fear of miscrediting. i am soo terribly upset with myself for deleting a file to begin with and was soo delighted to think that the program helped but it really didn't help much for all the work i will have to do to correct it all.
i surely would not want to mislead anyone with telling you a program is great when it turns out not to be so helpful. use that program at your own risk, as i did :(
but i certainly hope you are not so quick to delete any files. :)

well i sure did it
i messed up big time the other night, working late on the computer. trying to clean up and thinking i am doing a good job, i mistakingly deleted over 4 gigs of a folder! WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH yep, i cried when i realized it was not a duplicate!!!! Well, my DS in NY helped me out with a free program called Undelete ! what a blessing that was!!! retrieved almost 4 gigs back for me!! (sigh) So i hope you keep this program in mind, if you ever get overly sleepy and don't want to leave the computer lol
We also made the decision to NOT go back to chicago to get our stuff from storage, yet again! the cost of food AND gas is just too much for us right now, so we are going to actually just take a mini vacation, somewhere closer to home! YAY!! it will be our FIRST official vacation EVER!! lol we are planning on going to see the Four Corners! i am soo excited to stick my limbs into FOUR different states! lol i know it sounds soo silly but i am really looking forward to it! Then if there is time (and i am sure there will be plenty, just how much time does it take to take a picture! LOL) then we are off to the Painted Desert, Petrified forest and hopefully the Grand Canyon too!!! WOOHOOO!!! the most we ever took was a weekend getaway so this is really going to be fun!! Have you been to any of these places? i would love to hear from you!
