just want to let you know that i went to a new doctor on saturday and the muscle in my back is STILL in a tight ball!! This week i was up two nights in a row with so much pain, that it felt like it was now travelling down my one leg! Dr. wound up giving me more muscle relaxants and THREE shots directly into the muscle!!! OH BOY! was that fun!! lol the shots themselves were not soo bad but i jumped each time, even though i knew after the first one, that they were not scary or painful! was just in a spot on my lower back that is a bit ticklish too! lol well, i was the good patient and took it like a trooper, as i wiped the tears from my face. lol i think the tears came more from the fear of having to get those shots more than the pain of them! lol Funny what we put ourselves through, if only in our minds. i am still having much discomfort and can not sit at this computer for any length of time but at least now I DO have a doctor who is going to work me through this!!!
please don't forget me here cause i will be back soon!! hehe

I know what you mean about the shots. I had to get one directly in my knee last year when I dislocated it... didn't hurt, but still not fun. Shots in the arm are one thing, but other places are just more scary for some reason.
Oh my goodness, Im so sorry you are still hurting! I can imagine what you are going through, ouchie,poor baby! Im glad you got another dr tho, and hope he can help you feel better soon. My rib is much better now and dealing with other little ouchies - I guess I must really be a klutz! I picked up a zuchinni squash out of the truck seat and put it in the fold of my arm and somehow bruised my arm where the muscle is and it is like it twisted the muscle and it is tight and now black and blue - really stange! Last week I went through the garage door into the house and my hand hit the door frame between the knuckles and my hand swelled like a golf ball and is still black and blue and purple and big knot between - I give up!
I have the last of the Zoo Spirit qp's on my blog if you'd like it, kinda fun - wish I could make kits, but still need alot more learning, one of these days.

Oh Shirley - this brings Miles injury flooding back to me too. He also had cramps that came and go, and it was so hard to watch. I'm lifting you in prayer, my friend, and will come check on you again, soon!
