but the muscle in my back just refuses to heal and so i cannot sit at the computer for too long! (insert sad face here) so far, since injuring it on vacation, i have re-injured it TWICE now! it is the muscle that when it spasms, my right leg gives out right from under me and i am down! NO fun at all! so please, i hope you bear with me and i will be back in no time. (ihopeihopeihope lol)
in the meantime i sure hope you have a safe and WONDERFUL 4th of July holiday weekend! HUGS! :D

So sorry your back is not getting any better. If it doesnt get better soon, may want to go see the dr maybe get some therapy??? Prayers be with ya and hope that fire is not sending smoke your way...we had a bit last nite but ok today - Big Bear got alot of it!
