Happy September! I didn't get much of a chance to blog this weekend because of the weather! Yes, we finally had some!! lol Saturday started out muggy & HOT, later we got a little rain, with LOTS of hard wind. Found out Sunday, that a tornado had touched down about 140 miles north of us! I thought California DID NOT get tornadoes lol... Well, anyways, Sunday started out just a beautiful as the day before and just as HOT & humid! But again, we got a little rain, a little more than Sat. but nothing really much at all. Then Monday, we start out the same as before, but this time we really got rain! LOL Came down in a deluge!! Saturday I saw a lightening bolt, right in the back yard, was loud & scary! So, we had some kind of nasty weather each day! Some of the roads, all weekend, to go down into town, were flooded out, luckily because it IS soo dry out here, it drains off rather quickly but still not fun to deal with!
Now the humidity should be gone and a bit cooler weather. Just about ANYTHING is cooler from 103 LOL

Didn't do much, but worked on this computer stand>
Its together & part way to the wall waiting hopefly for my son to get the wireless router for his computer downstais connected & up & running.
Took me forever to get this mess all hooked backup!!!!LOL
Than I managed to hookup the new DSL modem & get it installed only to have their tower shut down whats nice D & E Dazzd has a fix it. was finally able to get back online at 10:30 Sunday night but by than I was to tired to do anything else.
Anyway I did manage to figure out how to get my new 1TG Lacie external Hard Drive hookup & installed. I was scared because I thought that it might overwrite over my really small Lacie Hard Drive but it didn't boy was I ever thankful!!!
Now the only thing I have to figure out is the new external Rewrite dvd & cd since my son didn't get one in when I asked him to order the computer Could of shot him for it!!
Think I written a book hereT LOL

Quick Hi - Just checking in - Hope your weather has straightened out...at least the thunderstorms. we got a dribble, just enought to dirty the windows! Seems all around us, but never here! Finished Michaele's Yard sale and hanging around here today - cleaning outside after the "rain" lol...it settled the dust - onto everything. Dh just caught a 20# Catfish off the dock - he's happy now! Ive been buggin him to get the 'big' heavy duty pole out and he finally did, and it worked, yeah! Have a few errands to run in town then headed for Laughlin again on Thursday-Sat, then up to Big Bear, its the Boat show (nice old ChrisCraft wood boats) on Saturday and its also my other daughters birthday on Sunday so if we can will go up maybe Sunday and come back Monday-Only an hour away, then back to dentist on Wed for final crown and review of Xrays..fun fun! Who said retirement was fun - full of drs appts etc...dang. How is Miss Cinnamon doing? She is so cute!
Well, off to work on my blog, Im behind again and need to get pic of the 'big one' up! Hugs- Have a wonderful week.
